CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received.We require that customers notify info@slmclothing.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you receive an order, which fits the return criteria please email returns@slmclothing.com within 3 days of receipt of your item. We will respond quickly and accordingly. The item must be shipped to us and once received, we will send out your exchange.

All postage costs are non-refundable.

CAN I HOLD AN ITEM?

Unfortunately we do not offer a hold service at this time.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE ABOUT MY SIZING?

In order to make your shopping experience as pleasing as possible, we have formulated a standardized XS, S, M, L and XL system, which you can view here.

Please be aware that the recommended sizes should be used as a guide only. We suggest comparing the measurements to something similarly shaped that you already own.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available in stores.
